The exact content and wording need to be right for each community so these local policies aren't precisely one size fits all, but reading them is a good place to start. 

LOCAL GOVERNMENT RESOLUTIONS

ELECTRIFICATION POLICIES

Vancouver, BC, CAN: Vancouver is driving electrification with its policy to reduce greenhouse gas intensity in new buildings.
